We're building infrastructure for experiences — and trust is part of that infrastructure. We collect as little as we can, are clear about why, and never sell your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
HypeHaus Entertainment Private Limited (“HypeHaus”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the HypeHaus early-access waitlist. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to operate the waitlist and improve the experience:
- Information you give us — your email address when you join the waitlist, and the audience you identify with (consumer, venue, brand, creator) if you choose to share it.
- Information collected automatically — basic device and usage data (browser type, approximate region, pages viewed) through privacy-respecting analytics, used in aggregate.
- Communications — if you contact us, we keep the message and our reply so we can help you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not require an account to browse this site.
How we use it
- To add you to the early-access waitlist and notify you when access opens.
- To understand which experiences and audiences resonate, in aggregate.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To respond to your questions and, where you've opted in, send occasional updates about HypeHaus.
Our legal bases are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running and improving HypeHaus.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run HypeHaus — for example, email and waitlist tooling and analytics — under agreements that limit them to our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction, with notice where appropriate.
Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Retention
We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to remove you. Aggregate analytics may be retained longer in a form that does not identify you.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your data or remove you from the waitlist.
- Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep what you share with us safe.
Age — 18+
HypeHaus is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has shared information with us, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy as HypeHaus grows. We'll revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
