Community guidelines.
HYPEHAUS is for adults going out. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. These rules apply to guests and to businesses.
Never
- Anything sexual involving a minor, or any attempt to contact a minor. We report it to the authorities and close the account.
- Harassment, threats, stalking or hate towards a person or a group, including for caste, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or origin.
- Sexually explicit content, or sexual messages someone has not welcomed.
- Other people without their consent: their photo, their number, where they are, or a screenshot of what they sent you privately.
- Violence, weapons, or selling drugs or anything illegal.
- Impersonation, scams, fake tickets, fake reviews, and selling a pass outside the app or above the limit in the Terms.
- Spam and using HYPEHAUS to advertise something that is not a listing on it.
How the app protects you
- You appear under an alias on a wall, in a pregame and in a first chat. Your name and profile open only when you both choose each other.
- A wall is seen only by people scanned in at that night. A first chat is deleted at dawn unless you both keep it. A view-once photo opens once.
- If someone screenshots a private chat, post or profile, you are told, and it counts against them.
- Ghost mode takes you out of every list and count for the night. Safe Home shares where you are only with the people you choose.
Report and block
REPORT and BLOCK are on every post, message, profile and chat. A block is immediate and works both ways. A report goes to a person at HYPEHAUS, not to the other guest and not to a business.
You can also write to support@hypehaus.org. If you are in danger, call 112 first.
What we do
- A person reviews every report and acts within 24 hours.
- We remove the content. A reported profile photo is hidden until it is reviewed.
- We warn, suspend or permanently close the account, depending on what happened. Serious harm means closure the first time.
- Conduct at a night can also cost a pass, without refund, and lowers Aura.
- Where the law requires, we report to the authorities and keep the evidence.
Businesses
A venue, organiser, café, brand or creator must describe a night, a menu or a piece truthfully, state the age policy of a night, own or have the rights to what it posts, and never try to find out who a guest is. Paid placements are marked SPONSORED. Business posts and campaigns are reviewed and can be taken down. See the Partner terms.
If we got it wrong
If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you think that was a mistake, write to support@hypehaus.org and a different person looks at it.
