Delete your account.

• Open the app → your profile → settings → DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
• The app shows what will be removed: any unused pass and your HYPECOINS are listed before you confirm.
• Confirm. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

If you want a refund for a pass, ask for it before you delete the account.

• The owner opens Cartel → MORE → SETTINGS → CLOSE ACCOUNT and confirms with the owner PIN.
• Open orders, live nights and payouts are settled first; the screen says what is still open.
• A team member who only wants to leave a business asks the owner to remove them in TEAM.

Write to support@hypehaus.org from your recovery email (guests) or an address on the business (Cartel), with your @handle. We verify it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

• Your profile, photo, @handle and date of birth.
• What you posted, your messages and your activity.
• Your notification token, so nothing more is sent to the phone.

Payment, invoice and tax records are kept for the period the law sets, in a form no longer linked to your profile. Reports made about serious harm may be kept as evidence where the law requires. Nothing else is kept.

You can edit or remove your photo, your profile details and your recovery email in the app without deleting the account, and get a copy of your data with EXPORT MY DATA. See the Privacy policy.
